Terms and Conditions

Clients are responsible for their own belongings when entering a studio.

All class bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy i.e. a class that is cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time will still be charged for.

We reserve the right to withdraw your unlimited membership at anytime.

All prices are subject to an annual increase.

All class attendees must be able to cope with moderate exercise, please consult us prior to attending if you have any existing injuries or conditions, and make sure you have also consulted your physician.

All clients must complete a health waiver prior to first class.

Clients must notify us of any new injuries or conditions or changes in their condition that could affect their ability to exercise before attending their next class.

 

Cancellation policy

 

We aim to provide a fair cancellation policy for all visitors and members.

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged.
For no-shows or late cancellations, the full class fee will be charged, and the session will be deducted from your package or membership.

Please check your class or class package for the relevant expiration date prior to purchase.

The timetable and teachers are subject to change.

Lark Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected clients will be notified and offered a credit or refund.
