Why Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates utilises a unique machine with a moving carriage and springs to provide resistance, making it excellent for strengthening the core muscles, including the deep abdominal muscles and lower back.

The exercises engage multiple muscle groups, increasing calorie burning while controlled movements and resistance help sculpt and define muscles. Continued practice will increase flexibility, Joint stability and overall posture.

Reformer Pilates can also improve mental well-being by reducing stress, enhancing body awareness, and promoting a sense of calm.
