Post-natal Package

After booking your package on the link below, simply book your Mummy MOT Osteopath appointment first at https://southlondonosteopaths.com. You will have an hour long consultation and treatment (as needed) at Westwood health, South London theatre.

 

You will receive a report / summary of findings and recommendations. This report can be given to the Lark Pilates team to help focus on areas of weakness or injury as needed. You will then be ready to book your full Pilates assessment at info@larkpilates.co.uk to tailor a plan to suit you and your body’s needs to get you back to full health and function.
