Mat Pilates All Levels
Using core Pilates repertoire as our strong foundation, classes also combine functional strength, flexibility and breathing techniques. Our contemporary flows keep your practice fresh and exciting, helping to focus the mind and enhance your well-being. Exercises will be presented with beginner to advanced options to meet each clients need with individual modifications given for injury. Open to all Levels.

Beginners Mat Pilates
Our experienced instructors will guide you through the core Pilates repertoire. Learn breath, movement control and improve flexibility whilst working on connecting to your core and postural muscles. The perfect class for those just starting out in their Pilates practice or looking to return after a long break. Complete beginners welcome!

Pilates Flow
Wake both body and mind with a Pilates flow working through the core Pilates repertoire inĀ playful and creative sequences. This helps to focus the mind and promote well-being as you connect with the founding principles of Pilates practice, Flow, breathe, precision, centre, control and concentration and feel a deep sense of well-being.

Stretch and Restore Pilates
Revive your mind and body in our restorative sessions. With a focus on stretching, back health and breath we aim to align and balance the body. Using Pilates foam rollers, stability balls and bands to help you unwind the tensions built up through modern day life. Perfect for beginners, those working through injury and seeking to improve back health.

Pilates Conditioning
Designed to help you combine your Pilates practice and principles into your everyday movement. We seek to improve your posture and connection to your core stabilizers helping you integrate healthy movement into daily tasks. Perfect for those wanting to practice Pilates alongside other sporting interests such as running, skiing, swimming and tennis, allowing your body to recalibrate and balance.

Pregnancy Pilates
Join our safe and supportive sessions run by Pregnancy specialists. Designed to take through all trimesters, strengthening and equipping you for labour and birth. Using Birthing balls, rollers and small equipment, our small classes allow us to tailor the exercises to suit your changing body and meet you at your level each session. We emphasise pelvic floor strength, core stability, and postural awareness while providing modifications to help you through each trimester.
