Pregnancy Reformer ​

Our Pregnancy Reformer classes are limited to 6 students enabling us to give you our full attention and make you feel safe and supported whilst strengthening and equipping you for labour and birth. All our pregnancy practitioners have undergone further specialist Prenatal training so you will be in safe hands!
Using both the Reformer and Birthing balls, our small classes allow us to tailor the exercises to suit your changing body and meet you at your level each session. We emphasise pelvic floor strength, core stability, and postural awareness while providing modifications to help you through each trimester. As you approach your birth we can give you tips and tricks for you to lean on in your labour.​​

Baby and me Reformer
​
Our small group classes allow us to work closely with you through your postpartum recovery. Bring your newest addition to class! We little ones from 6 weeks to crawling, always seeking to provide you with a supportive, feeding friendly environment that allows you the space to focus on your physical and mental well being.
Designed to gently rebuild your abdominal connection, build pelvic health, realign, strengthen your body and boost your confidence and connections with other local mums. Let us journey with you through the challenges of early motherhood.

Pregnancy Mat Course
​Join our safe and supportive sessions run by Pregnancy Pilates specialists. Meet other mums-to-be and create community at our group session.
Designed to take through all trimesters, strengthening and equipping you for labour and birth. Using Birthing balls, rollers and small equipment, our small classes allow us to tailor the exercises to suit your changing body and meet you at your level each session. We emphasise mobility to relieve all those aches and pains, pelvic floor strength, core stability, and postural awareness while providing modifications to help you through each trimester.

Private sessions

If you are new to Pilates or prefer a one to one setting for your Pregnancy journey then we would love to support you with one of our specialist pre/postnatal trained practitioners having worked alongside expect and new mums for many years, undertaken further pre/postnatal courses and walked through this journey ourselves, we are well placed to give you the hands on support you are seeking.
